Shipping policy

At Smoke & Mirrors Hobby we do not take any orders which are deemed as "pre-sale" and by doing so all of our items that are In-Stock are just that and allow us the ability to ship any orders same day with a same day handling time. Your order if placed by 4:30 PM EST will ship out same day unless an "out of our control" business disruption would prevent us from doing so. In that case your order would be on our daily pick-up the following day.

All orders will have tracking uploaded not just as soon as a label is created but, as soon as that package is ready for pick-up from our carrier.

We receive daily pick-ups Mon-Fri from our partnered carriers.

No returns or refunds can be granted while a package is in transit. You must wait until that package is received by you to start the process. We can be reached by phone or e-mail as given in our "Contact - Us" page.

Thank you.
